About the company...
Bristol Guest Housing,
LLC is a licensed
Vacation Lodging Service firm in the State of Tennessee which rents
local guest rooms and entire private homes during the NASCAR race
weekends in Bristol, TN.
Guest Housing was established in 1996 to answer the need for additional
accommodations as the Bristol Motor Speedway expanded its seating
capacity. Guest Housing was the first company to provide
private homes to NASCAR guests in Bristol.
We continue to provide accommodations for race
teams, corporate groups, and groups of friends and family as they attend the
race.
About our services...
Guest Housing offers guest rooms within homes as well
as entire private homes. All of our locations are within 35 miles of the speedway;
several within walking distance.
We visit every home before listing it. We provide our guests with complete directions to the home and from
the home to the speedway.
The beds are made up prior to guests' arrival
and towels, soap, and
coffee are provided. Our guests have full use of the amenities and
living areas of our properties, with the exception of storage areas and other
areas indicated on the lease agreements.
Once a guest, you are given first option of rebooking for the next
race season before we accept new reservations.

About the founder...
Guest Housing was established in the mid 1990s
when a local businesswoman, Susan Ojanen, saw the need for accommodations during
the NASCAR events at BMS. To meet that need, Susan created
Guest Housing, which was the first company in the region to provide housing in
private homes for race guests. Under Susan’s direction,
Guest Housing received the Pinnacle Award for Special Events,
Accommodations Division; and the Greater Tri-Cities Business of the
Year award. Susan is very active in the Bristol community and continues to stay involved with Guest Housing as a
consultant, offering her valuable insight and experience to the new
owners of the company.
Susan, Anita, and Eric are
fortunate to each be involved with the Haitian Support Alliance, a non-profit
organization
dedicated to meeting the physical, medical,
educational, and spiritual needs of those in Haiti.
Susan currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of the
organization.
