About the founder...
Guest Housing was established in the mid ‘90s when a local
businesswoman, Sue Ojanen, saw the need for accommodations during
the NASCAR events at BMS. To meet that need, Sue created Guest
Housing, which was the first company in the region to provide
housing in private homes for race guests. Under Sue’s direction,
Guest Housing received the Pinnacle Award for Special Events,
Accommodations Division; and the Greater Tri-Cities Business of the
Year award. Sue is very active in the Bristol community and continues to stay involved with Guest Housing as a
consultant, offering her valuable insight and experience to the new
owners of the company.
