Q. What is the Cancellation Policy?
A.  For cancellations made prior to sixty (60) days of arrival date, all monies returned less 10% Broker finders fee. For cancellations made sixty (60) days or less prior to arrival date, no refund will be made for the rental fees unless the accommodations is re-rented (less the 10% Broker finders fee); the security deposit will be returned.

Q. What do I need to bring?
A. Your beds will be made up for you; coffee, towels and soap are provided.  Kitchen facilities are available to you as our properties are your "home away from home", however, groceries are up to your group. 

Q. We booked our accommodations several weeks ago, but haven't heard anything?
A. Once a house or room is booked, we will process the payments.  Directions and locations of keys will be sent out 2-3 weeks before the event.  If you ever have any questions, please give us a call 866.215.5580.

Q. What is the Alcohol policy?
A. Some properties have a special stipulation of No Alcohol - most allow responsible use of alcohol.

Q. Can I smoke in the guest homes?
A. Smoking is not allowed inside the homes.  However, outside is fine. 

Q. Can I bring my pets?
A. Pets are not allowed at most properties.  

Q. What is the security deposit?
A. We require a security deposit equal to one night's rental.  The deposit is placed in an escrow account and returned to you within 2 weeks after race weekend if there are no damages to the property.

Q. What time is check in?
A. 12:00pm is the check in time for all properties unless otherwise agreed upon.  For new Guests, we do ask them to come to the Event Guest Housing office.  Returning guests are allow to go directly to the property. 

Q. What is the checkout procedures?
A. Used kitchen dishes, utensils and cookware washed and put away, counter tops clean, trash placed in garbage bags, no Tenant-owned food left in the Premises, all windows closed, thermostat(s) returned to original setting, and doors locked. Please leave key(s) on kitchen table, unless other arrangements are made.

Q. Is there a maximum number of people?
A. The properties have been set with a maximum occupancy.  Often, an additional guest may be added for $25 - $50 / night.   If you need to add people to a property, please contact us at info@guesthousing.com. 

Q. Who is #1?
A. You are #1 with us.  Once a guest, you are given 1st option of re-booking for the next event before we accept new reservations.  Please let us know following your event if you plan to rebook.
